The US government has made the most significant commitment of federal dollars toward EV charging in our nation’s history through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. It includes $7.5 billion to build out a nationwide network of 500,000 EV chargers. Of these funds, $5 billion will be distributed under the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Program.
